Order Processing Time
At Spookful, each item is made to order to reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact. Because we do not carry premade stock, please allow 3–5 business days for production, depending on the specific items in your order. Orders usually go into production the following business day after the order is placed.
Shipping Time & Locations
Once your item is produced, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping, depending on your location and seasonal carrier demand.
Our primary printing partner dispatches from Florida, but if certain sizes or colors are out of stock, your item may be printed and shipped from another U.S.-based facility.
Shipping Costs
Unless you qualify for free shipping (usually displayed at the top of our site), the standard shipping rate is $5.15.
International Shipping
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We’re working toward offering international shipping soon. To stay updated, feel free to join our email list at the bottom of this page.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Production usually begins within 1 business day of placing your order. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours. If your order hasn’t entered production, we’re happy to cancel and issue a full refund. Once production has started, the order will proceed as scheduled.
