How long will it take to get my order? 📬 

To help reduce our environmental impact, we avoid any premade stock and make your shirt after receiving your order! This part takes around 3-5 business days (depending on what is in your order) and then about 3-5 more days for shipping. Orders are usually placed into production the following business day after your order is placed.   

What countries do you ship to? 📦 

Since we are a US based company, we are only shipping within USA at the moment- but international shipping is coming soon! Join our email list to be ready for the international announcement.

I changed my mind, Can I cancel my order? 🤷 

If we can catch your order before it goes into production, we are happy to cancel it for you, however- once it goes into production, we are not able to cancel it. A cancelation request needs to happen right away to have the best chance at stopping it.

I typed in the wrong shipping address, help! 🥴 

Let us know immediately so we can attempt to correct it with our shipping partner—your order might be on its way within just a few hours of ordering! If you realize the mistake after receiving a tracking number, send us a message, and we’ll help you figure out a new plan.

My shirt arrived damaged, defective, or has the wrong design on it, oh no! 😱 

We totally understand the epic disappointment of eagerly tracking your package, only to have your unboxing moment ruined by a wrong or damaged item. Why does this happen? Since you're buying directly from the artist, but our printing partner ships the shirt to you (without us seeing it first), occasional mix-ups can sneak through. This can happen, for example, if the printer has a new employee who accidentally sends something past quality control when it shouldn’t have made the cut. In the rare case that you receive something crooked, wrong, or damaged, just snap a photo and email it to us (forward your emailed order confirmation if possible), along with a brief description of the issue. We’ll have a replacement shirt sent out to you as soon as we get your picture!

What is your return/exchange policy? 🧐 

We print your shirt just for you after you place your order, which helps reduce our environmental impact by avoiding premade stock. To ensure you get the perfect size and fit you expect, please check out our easy sizing charts (available on every product page) before ordering. A great way to do this is to take a favorite T-shirt from your closet, measure it flat, and compare it to our size chart. We take quality concerns very seriously, so if that’s the desired reason for exchange or return, just snap a photo and email it to us, along with a brief description of the issue.
