Each shirt is printed just for you after you place your order, helping us reduce waste by avoiding premade stock. To ensure you get the perfect fit, please check our sizing charts—available on every product page—before ordering. A great way to do this is to take a favorite T-shirt from your closet, measure it flat, and compare it to our size chart. We take quality concerns very seriously, so if that’s the desired reason for return, just snap a photo and email it to us, along with a brief description of the issue.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With tags and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (your emailed receipt is perfect)
To start a return, email us at hello@spookful.com. If possible, forward your order confirmation along with your message. Please also include:
- Photos of the item(s)
- A detailed description of the issue
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Including a photo in your message helps us resolve things faster.
Exchanges
Each shirt is printed just for you after you place your order, helping to reduce waste by avoiding premade stock. Because every shirt is custom-made, we do not allow exchanges. To ensure the perfect fit before ordering, please check our sizing charts—available on every product page. We are happy to help with fit questions while you are shopping. We also take quality concerns very seriously. If you need to request a return due to a quality issue, simply snap a photo of the problem and email it to us along with a brief description.
Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs for all approved returns. There’s no fee to send your item back.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
